Orders / Pedidos

All Amarlibre pieces are handmade in limited editions or made to order.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your purchase.

Prices & Payments / Precios y Pagos

All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include VAT for EU countries where applicable.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal.
Amarlibre does not store or have access to your payment information.

Production Time / Tiempo de Producción

Made-to-order pieces require approximately 15 to 25 business days to be produced.
Items in stock are usually shipped within 3 to 5 business days.

Production times are indicative and may vary slightly depending on workload or specific piece characteristics.

Shipping / Envíos

All orders are shipped from Barcelona, Spain.
Deliveries are handled by trusted courier services.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Shipping times may vary depending on destination and courier service.

Returns & Exchanges / Devoluciones y Cambios

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return or exchange.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at hola@amarlibre.com and we will guide you through the process.

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In perfect condition

  • Returned in their original packaging, including all tags and protective elements

Once the returned item is received and verified, the refund will be issued using the same payment method originally used.

Custom-made or made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return or exchange, except in the case of manufacturing defects.

TAXES & DUTIES

(Impuestos y Tasas de Aduana)

Orders shipped within the European Union include applicable taxes.

For international shipments outside the EU, prices do not include customs duties, import taxes or local fees.
Any additional charges incurred upon delivery are the responsibility of the customer.

Amarlibre is unable to estimate customs fees, as they are determined by the destination country’s regulations.

SHIPPING & RETURNS SUMMARY

Shipping times:
– In-stock pieces: 3–5 business days
– Made-to-order pieces: 15–25 business days

Returns:
You may return eligible items within 14 days of receipt.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after the returned item arrives at our studio and is approved.

Items returned in a non-resellable condition (worn, damaged or soiled) will be sent back to the customer.

Exchanges / Cambios de Talla

If your size is not correct, we will gladly assist with an exchange, subject to availability.
