Orders / Pedidos

All Amarlibre pieces are handmade in limited editions or made to order.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation.

Prices / Precios

All prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT for EU countries.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal.

Production Time / Tiempo de Producción

Made-to-order pieces require between 15 and 25 business days.
Items in stock ship within 3–5 business days.

Shipping / Envíos

Orders are shipped from Barcelona.
Deliveries are handled by trusted couriers with tracking provided upon dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges / Devoluciones y Cambios

You have 14 days from receipt to request a return or exchange.
Write to us at hola@amarlibre.com and we’ll guide you through the process.

Items must be returned unused, in perfect condition, with all original packaging and tags.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method once the item is received and verified.

Custom or made-to-order pieces cannot be returned unless defective.

TAXES & DUTIES

(Impuestos y Tasas de Aduana)

Taxes are included for EU countries.
All other international shipments are not inclusive of duties and taxes.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties or taxes that may apply upon delivery.

We are unable to calculate the exact amount of duties and taxes your order may incur, as these charges are determined by the destination country.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Times / Plazos de Envío

– In-stock pieces: 3–5 business days.
– Made-to-order: 15–25 business days.

Returns / Devoluciones

If something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days to return.
Contact us at hola@amarlibre.com and we’ll indicate the next steps.

We’ll refund the full amount within 14 days after the returned item arrives at our studio.
Items must be clean, unworn and in their original packaging.
Non-faulty items not in resellable condition (soiled or damaged) will be returned to the customer.

Exchanges / Cambios de Talla

If your size isn’t right, we’ll gladly exchange it.
Each product includes a size guide to help you find your ideal fit.
